Ryan and Katie Suter purchased Pro Pools in January 2021. Ryan has worked with the company since 2013 and brings more than 25 years of pool-industry experience. He is a certified pool operator and certified service technician.

Ryan, Preston, Mike and Isaiah hold certifications through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). Our team combines industry training with hands-on experience in pool maintenance, repairs and equipment service.

Service, Repairs, and Upgrades
From seasonal openings and closings to troubleshooting equipment problems, we help you care for the pool you already own.
Our services include leak detection, vinyl liner replacement, safety covers, equipment repairs and upgrades, plumbing repairs, and pool inspections.
We also help pool owners improve convenience and performance with pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems and automation.
Maintenance That Fits Your Needs
We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly and vacation maintenance, with service tailored to your pool’s needs.
Winter service includes checking and balancing water chemistry, managing pool water levels when conditions allow, removing water from solid covers, and tightening or adjusting covers.
Equipment repairs continue throughout winter, and service remains available for commercial indoor facilities.
Winter work depends on weather, pool conditions and safe access. We do not remove snow from covers. In-water leak detection is unavailable when cold-water conditions prevent safe access. Line testing and some leak-location work may be available, while repairs depend on conditions.

Radiant Pool Sales
Pro Pools sells Radiant pools but does not build or install new pools. Installation is arranged separately with an independent installer. Call us to discuss available pool options and installer information.
